The LISST-RTSSV image processing software is used to analyze particle images captured by the LISST-RTSSV instrument. Sequoia has partnered with Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) to develop the image processing software. The software leverages advanced image processing techniques to (1) find and extract particles from images, (2) track their movements from frame-to-frame, and (3) compute particle size and settling velocity.
