Sequoia is now shipping LISST-Portable|XR instruments with faster processing and improved user interface. Previously, users had to wait 45 seconds after each measurement for computation of the particle analysis, staring at a slow-moving progress indicator. The new processor performs this analysis in less than 1 second, eliminating the wait. Along with this, Sequoia has streamlined the display of the instrument’s settings and standard operating procedures (SOPs). It is now quicker and easier to find and adjust the settings needed for each user and application.
