As the COVID-19 situation in Washington State develops, Sequoia continues to monitor the situation and follow the directives from local and state authorities. We are still answering emails and taking orders, as well as working on essential orders. We ask for your understanding that our delivery estimates will vary day by day, as we are working remotely. This includes some of our technicians.

King County, where Sequoia is located, is currently in Phase 1 of Washington’s four-phase re-opening plan. We do not expect to fully resume normal operations, with all staff on-site, until King County is approved to move into Phase 4 of Washington’s four-phase plan. Currently this could happen in mid-July, but could also be delayed further.
