NEWS: Important information about the conference dinner, Tuesday 16 November:
The conference dinner Tuesday evening 16 November will have options for vegetarians as well as non-vegetarians. The dinner is sponsored by LOV, so it will be free of charge for the participants (although extra wine will need to be purchased). The dinner will take place at the Cosmo Restaurant. However, because November is off-season in Villefranche-sur-Mer we must confirm the number of guests now so they can prepare. We have to let the restaurant know the exact number of guests a week in advance.
Therefore: All of you who are interested in participating in the dinner, please get back to us as soon as possible and let us know if you will attend the dinner.
PLEASE NOTE that it will *NOT* be possible to register for the conference dinner after Monday 8 November!!
If we do not hear back from you by 8 November we will assume that you are not interested in participating in the dinner. |
