The Governor of the State of Washington has announced that effective March 25th at 17:30 everyone is required to stay home due to COVID-19 at least through April 6th. Sequoia’s office staff is set up to work from home so we expect to continue to respond to sales questions, tenders, RFQ’s and support questions. However, our Production and RMA technicians are unable to come to work and build/service/repair any instruments. We are also unable to ship and receive goods. All shipments are on hold effective immediately. Orders will continue to be received and entered; however, order confirmations with ship dates won’t be sent until after we return to the office, Tuesday 7th April at the earliest. We are also not issuing any RMA numbers until Tuesday 7th April at the earliest.
