The Governor of the State of Washington has extended the stay at home order for Washingtonians. Everyone is now required to stay at home due to COVID-19 at least through May 31st. Our office staff is set up to work from home, so we expect to continue to respond to sales questions, tenders, RFQ’s and support questions. However, our Production and RMA technicians are unable to build/service/repair any instruments. We are also unable to ship and receive goods. All shipments are on hold effective immediately. Orders will continue to be received and entered; however, order confirmations with ship dates won’t be sent until after we return to the office, Monday, June 1st at the earliest. We are also not issuing any RMA numbers.
